Ben Day 1/365 - Downtown Indianapolis Zoo Loop

Tony - my corp laptop webbrowser won't support the Blog site for some reason (too old prob). Can you oblige and post on my behalf and share on my FB page please?   Well here we are! A very early start in Indiana - out at 05:30 for 4 miles dead on a great (flat) loop around White River State Park and the Indianapolis Zoo in the dark - nice and not scary at all!  Cold but no wind and was dry - OMM smock and a vest was the perfect set up. I've brought trail shoes which is probably a mistake on all this concrete downtown - knees already a bit sore! though hoping to find a trail along the canal downtown for tomorrows run - ticking along though at nice steady sub-8 min miles.  I've left my Garmin dongle at home therefore will have to upload Garmin entries once I get home on Day 4/365! In the mean time, you'll just have to trust me when I say - IT'S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!!
