Today as every Saturday from now on I take the advanced running club at greens health and fitness in finnieston. In order to change up the class for the runners I thought about running down by the riverside museum. Here we performed some step ups and squats in order to accumulate some lactic acid.
From here we ran into the west end and performed some stair runs outside the Kelvinside art galleries.
Finishing off the run in kelvingrove park at the stairs just to really finish off the legs and then did some tricep extensions off the benches!!!
Really proud of this bunch of runners!!!
