Day 9/365 Challenge - Smokey Ridge

Nice run tonight. 42oF. Think I might try to get into the habit of running in the daylight over the weekend. So glad it is Friday!!

    Since strting running about 2 years ago he has these spilts in skin on his heels which get worse when he runs too often (he refuses to see a doctor about it) It means that some days his feet hurt too much to run. It think he will probably just run with me occasionally until he gets them healed up properly. Any ideas on what this might be?
