Nicky Day 18/365 Home to Upton & back
Today was a very looooong day. Left at 7am & didnt get home til 20:45. Spent all day either driving or in a meeting. All I wanted to do when I got in was open the wine & chill! Hmmm!! Actually went out & did a short 2miler to Upton & back & once I was out there, it was lovely to be able to stretch the legs a bit. Legs also not quite as heavy as they were yesterday.
