Another busy day/weekend/week/month/year today! Oliver had a cyclo-cross race in Cheltenham (in which he won the U8 class (and beat a U10 boy too!) - so we dashed up there, backl to Bristol in time for lunch, Noodle and I did the weekly shop and then out for a 5 miler through the woods. Leaf litter on wet rocks making it really hard - like running on marbles. Frustrating running but pleased I made the effort. Must be rubbing off - Anusha (wife) has just announced she's going for a cycle ride!
