Very windy this morning but did an easy 3 miler up Knole Hill & back. Bit muddy where the cows have been down the path but hey, thats why we do trail runs!
Again, due to slow broadband, my garmin will not upload. Will try again later or in a couple of days time when I get back from the delightful welwyn garden city (2 day sales meeting at head office! Wonder what the footpaths of Welwyn will be like?
