Nicky Day 23/365 - Knole Rd & back.
Popped out for a slow 2 miler to ease the lactic acid from yesterdays mud fest! Cold & gloomy but I was cheered up by Guy Garvey & Elbow booming through the ipod. I will try & attach a You Tube clip of my favourite song that just uplifts me! Not really the right beat for running but it makes me happy!
