Nicky Day 17/365

I cant quite believe that I have now run every single day for 17 days! It does however feel like it. Lovely evening with beautiful sunset but it was like dragging a sack of potatoes around the country lanes!! Managed a slow 3miles around the lanes of Long Sutton. Hope this picks up as I have the Hell Runner this Sunday & that aint gonna be easy!

    Hell Runner is a great run - give my love to the fabled 100yd long chest Bog of Doom (mud!)!!
    it's interesting to see how fatigue is creeping up on everyone (apart from Charles that is - he sounds like he's storming on!)
