I ran an old favourite route of mine that I used to run as a teenager (yip, many years ago now). I've not ran the route for a while now and I found it really tough going because there's a mega steep hill between the 4 and 5km mark that goes on for ages and ages and ages ..... and ages. It brought back so many good memories of when I used to blitz the 6.29km in under 25 minutes when I was younger, fitter and much lighter than I am now.
I think I might do the same run again tomorrow because I've got a very busy day ahead of me :)
