My first daylight run for more than a week! Very overcast but 55oF, so quite good running conditions. Brad came with me today. We did 3.1 miles around Old Meridian. While the Garmin Fit on my iPhone is good for capturing the run time, there are definitely some things that are not right about the stats. Today it said that while the elapsed time was 32:28, it said the moving time was only 18:13. I was moving almost all of the elapsed time so the moving pace is much faster than it should be.
