Wet, cold, windy and dark. What great running conditions. I was not looking forward to tonight. It felt like it was snowing but I am sure it was just very cold fine rain (either that or Marg is in denial). Just went up to 146th St and back through Smokey Ridge. I felt pretty good by the end! My Garmin ANT+ adaptor came today. Just waiting on the foot pod and I will be set to go on the treadmill and still get a record on Garmin connect when the conditions get too tough. Is that within the "rules" to run on the treadmill?
