NickyDay 105/365 Street 5k series
5k Series this evening. Did around 7k in total with the warm up & cool down. Freezing cold evening & I didnt think I would do very well but........ ta da!!!! A 5k pb so chuffed to bits. I am a bit of a sluggish old slow coach so 23:55 is not bad for an old duffer like me. :-)
