Did just the 2.5 today as hoping to do the Babcary 7m road race tomorrow, plus an extra circuit for good measure.

Nicky: Day 122/365 Upton circuit
Busy day today: baking, gardening, computer work, rugby etc. Up and out relatively early to get this part of the routine done! My left sciatic starting to play up again so its probably a trip to the chiropractor at some stage. Painful when driving for long periods & I can feel it jarring with every stride. Hmmm!
