Nice day today but did not get out for a run until after dark. Brad was in DC and Millie had a friend over to work on a video assignment for school so things were a bit hectic when I got home. I have a sore throat, a painful cough and was not really looking forward to the run. I felt ok while running but now am not so good again. Oh well, such is the life of a 365 challenger.
