Intensely frustrating day today..when you see the answer screaming out at you, viscerally, and you have real trouble winning over folks to your point of view... thank goodness I've now got the maturity to suck it up ... my run today was executed in intense frustration and without ANY enjoyment until it was over...

Kids in great form, but missing mum - Aunty Becky was well received at Ollie's school, he was very pleased when the head of pre-prep asked Oliver to escort her to the staff room - he felt very important!
Kids had a great day today. I miss them when they sleep.
