Nicky Day 124/365 Home to Upton
Admin day today but had a stack of work to do, so saved the best bit of the day til last!!! My sciatic pain playing up, back also feels stiff so rang my trusty chiropractor & actually managed to get in this evening. Quite convenient as Alf also had appt before me. 2 birds with one stone - I trotted 2m towards Bridewater along Upton Rd & Alf picked me up on way to said back man! I have a pinched nerve, extremely tight quads, hammies & lower back muscle! He worked his magic with back clicks, stretches, acupuncture & the TENS type machine thingy.
