Leading up to my 100th day. Just some of the usual routes. I have tried to mix in a bit of elliptical work to mix up the muscles that I am using. This and some diligence to back and butt exercises/stretches seems to be helping my sciatica. Either that or I am just getting better over time. Still on pain killers but now only twice a day. I think there may be light at the end of the tunnel.
