Marg: Day 101 - 104/365 Challenge. Some of the old faithfuls around Carmel with a few twists

I published this post and then made an edit to the title and it disappeared. Apologies, therefore if this appears twice. This first week in the 100's is going so fast. Mixed experiences while running; some were quite painful but others where almost normal. The days that were not so good corresponded to days where I was at the desk a lot and did not spend enough time. On my stretches and cross training. I tried to add a few extra loops to make these usual routes a bit more interesting. On the weekend Brad and I did almost 6 miles through Avian Glen. Weather has been mild. All in all, even if March is snowy we have had a very easy winter this year.
