Can everyone reply back to this blog post and describe where they feel stiff, tight and sore and we will try to come up with a programme of stretches to help with it.

As I've already said in my blogs, my main problem is that I seem to have got an injury to my left hip. The right hip, back and knees are fine.
The hip seems to be swollen and tender to the touch. The problem only started about a week ago but has been progressively getting worse. Today it left like it went pop and the pain was really bad but I hobbled to the end of my run.
I'll be out running tomorrow regardless of how bad the pain is!!!
Hiya I find after long runs both hips really ache in the joints & also my left knee is making clicking noises almost constantly. Outer aspect of knee often has dullish ache - dont really know how to describe. I have been told previously when training for MdS that my ITB is tight as a drum! Nicky
