Today has been a very long and emotional day because the wife's dad passed away early this morning so my run was always going to be tough physically and mentally. The good thing was that it was running club night so that helped to keep a bit of motivation going. I ran the short distance from the mother-in-laws house to where the club starts and then did the run with the club, a total of 9.97km. It was very cold and slippy underfoot in the frost but I managed to get round without falling on my behind.
