Cold this morning, about 13oF with the wind chill. Very appropriate for the Polar Bear run which was on in down town Indy this morning. It can be run as a doubler with a 3 mile starting 45 mins earlier than the 5 mile race. Brad said we should do the doubler next year...I am so proud of him, 2 years ago this was his second race and he looked like he was going to pass out at the end and now he wants to run a doubler in well below freezing temps. This is not a normal thing to want to do, coming from Australia! Apart from the cold, the running conditions were pretty good and we shaved off nearly a minute on our 2010 time. It was snowing a lot by the time we got back up to Carmel and very windy, so with think we got the best of the morning for our run.
