Again, a grey overcast day... able to get out for a 5K just before collecting kids from nursery and school at 5pm. A bit cross this evening, one of Ollie's friends broke a chess piece from his set from Shanghai.. I arranged with the chess club teacher that Oliver could take it in as a special treat... *with a despondent air reaches for glue*

Really need to get off road. Thankfully Anusha back late tonight so hoping to get some quality time tomorrow to get my boots dirty and on Sunay have got the Ironwood Challenge - will be tough I'm sure, but quite looking forward to working my ass off on the hills on the x-country route. Bring it on!
