Nicky day 125/365 Upton Loop

Felt really lethargic when got in from work. Had to really force myself out to do the run but did 3.5 miles slowly. Washed out when got in so didnt go to my pilatez class. Hope this is just a passing phase as I have the challenging 20m "Grizzly" in less than a fortnight! Ho Hum.

  2. Think I am just eating too much cake! Have given up wine temporarily (day 11 today) and aim to keep this up! Eat really well so thought that with the low alcohol levels I would be storming. Maybe should go back to the plonk!
