Nicky: Day 111/365 Upton Road
Not sure what happened this evening. Got home from work: cup of coffee & slice of homemade lemon cake - computer work for an hour then headed off for 3.5m. Couple of miles in I felt like my blood sugar had plummeted into my boots. Light headed, shaky & generally felt peculiar! Made the last mile home ok & dived into the toast & thick lemon curd before heading off to my power pilatez class! Wierd!!!
