Ben Day 38 - Head cheese and champers

A long day in the office with a cold made my head feel like mush by the time I got home this evening. I was itching to get out into the night and clear my head... a few quick stories at bedtime and off we go.. great to get out. Felt crap for the first half mile, but felt a whole lot better whilst running.. must be those local sabre tooth tigers that roam the streets around here.

Valentines Day today - 14 years ago today I got Anusha drunk on champers down in Bristol docks, and half slumped on a park bench asked her to marry me. Best decision she ever made! ;-)
