Charles: Day 97/365 - Bad day all round

Early run because it was always going to be a very long and emotional day with the father in laws funeral taking place at 1pm.

As for my run, my hips are hurting like hell at the moment and what's worse is that I stubbed my small toe on the bed post and its all swollen and sore as hell. Did I get sympathy from the wife? No! After she wiped the tears of laughter from her eyes, she did ask "What you greetin' at?" and started laughing again!!!

The picture doesn't show how bright purple and bruised my toe is. As you can imagine I limped around my run and only did the minimum 5k.
