We will be gingerly doing our runs and keeping a close eye on the weather. Luckily for me, the snow hasn't arrived in Dalkeith yet but we do have the freezing conditions and ice covered pavements. I think Tony may have had some because I was through that way yesterday for my Christmas Cracker run and it was snowing heavily when travelling back home.
I'm really looking forward to running through the winter to build up the stamina and the white blood cells to cope with a long summers worth of races and 'the' challenge :)
It is a nightmare out there people!! the snow is playing havoc with my proprioception!! Have invested in the snow tracks for the shoes - will keep you posted as to how I get on with them!!
Cheers Ben
