  1. Hey Patricia!
Great to have you on board!!
I know that you said that you have 30 days already stored up.
Is it possible for you to post up in one blog all of the links to these runs that you have done?
You can go into each activity on Garmin connect and click the share button which will allow you to type in 'blogger' and it will create a link for you for that run - Then just copy and paste it into the blog!
any other questions just let me know!

    1. Hello Mum in the Park I've not recorded all the runs I'm afraid but my 5k loop I've been doing it regularly every day :)I'll start posting some loops although sometimes I do more when racing :)I've registered with Garmin Connect. I need to upload and I've got my apple applications as a back up too :) but tonight I'm doing the club run which is slightly more :D

  3. Day 48 of daily running - so far so good but I've not been able to do the 5K everyday and sometimes had to cut it a bit short particularly when travelling on business and having long interpreting days in London from 8am to 8pm but I managed to run everyday and I'm back onto 5K/day. It was hard to run when in Cotswold just before a race as it was a total monsoon on that night but I seized a very brief moment when the rain stopped but the ground was really soaked - no doms after the race, I was quite pleased - still enjoying running :) glad I took up the challenge though - they've built a small running track close to my house and I'm so happy - a 300m running track available 24/7 - the running tarmac is much kinder on my knees

  4. managed to do 10k sub 60 minutes 2 days ago at a race and was quite chuffed - long time since I've run within that time with the gluten free and lactose free transition but the run of the next day was not 5K but barely 2K as my left knee was a little sore - however, I walk and jog 1 hour before my run on the way to Tesco, and started the 2k jog/run slowly after the shopping, and after 1K the pain of the knee disappeared and I carried on jogging another 1K but was worried whether I pushed it too far but today everything is ok with the knee and legs. I should be back onto 5k later on :) I thought I would have lost the continuity of the daily run but was prepared to do it if need be. I need now to push myself a little bit more on the training so far I don't suffer too much when racing as my training is very slow.

  5. day 53 of daily running - had to reduce from 5k to 2k at the moment with the left knee which is a bit painful after the 10k sub 60 minutes - I'll wait until the knee recovers - strange to have such a pain but not debilitating or too painful but as a precaution I'm reducing the running and doing gentle run on the special track pink tarmac which is softer for the knee. 2.5km exactly every day at the moment. Only half of my 5k but I'll be patient and wait until the knee repairs itself - patience is a virtue :) It should disappear in a couple of day - I think it's just a nasty bruise or an imbalance of muscles and tendon causing a tracking problem with the patella - taking it easy will help, and the body will repair itself - as soon as I can, I'll go for a massage :D No problem walking but a soreness when running so gentle jog for now :)
