The minute I stepped out the door the heavens opened & down it came. Then the hail (ouch!). Supposed to be a drought on in the SWest of England. Well you could have fooled me! Either that or I just sweated absolute buckets!
At least I felt ok. Did just 3m as I want to do 8 or so in the morning.
