Ben Days 88 - 106, Cycle path, Lake District and Brecon Beacons

I'm back baby  - grr!
Foot is fully recovered and I've started picking up the miles again after a protracted easing off the incessant pounding on the cycle path. I think I have to make much more of a concerted effort to get off road and mix it up - keep the feet guessing and not get stuck in the figurative (or literal?) rut!
Been on holidays, camping, canoeing, cycling with the family these last couple of weeks. Refreshed and raring to go. Great to clear the head and do lots of cooking over a campfire - I'm a man of simple needs.
Booking up my running calendar too - LAMM with Tony in June, Saunders Lakeland MM in July (trying to find a partner right now) and the RAB MM in Oct with Zoe Sharpe. Mourne Moutain Marathon in Ireland too and then just got the OMM to book and we're good to go.
All that leaves is Florence Marathon for this merry band but I'll post separately about that!
