Karl: Day 10/365 - 8.5km loop round Craiglockhart Pond and Colinton Dells by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details

Yesterday's run was a short 5 mile loop in the evening sun. Sunday evenings on some of the local trails are beautiful. Everyone's already gone home and you have the paths to yourself. Stopped for a few minutes to watch the ducks and the swans at Craiglockhart pond. Legs were better than they had been the previous days.
Have a massage booked for Wednesday ahead of the Highland Fling.

    Yep, 8 am start. Would like to do it in 9 hours, not sure if that is too optimistic.
