An early morning start with a wee 5k run in the POURING rain in Blackpool. I loved it and did a very slow shuffle to protect my injuries. After the run we set of for a wee trip to Alton Towers Theme Park for a shot of the roller coasters. Great day with loads and loads of walking I wasn't even limping today. On the mend? Not yet but its better than yesterday :)
