Nicky: Day 167/365 Lanes around Long Sutton 5m
Boring financial advisor came around to visit Alfie so I thought this was a very good exscuse to go out for at least 5m. Shame he was still rambling on when I got home!!!! Pleasant run though although legs felt very tired & sluggish - must be from yesterdays 10k efforts.
