Brad and I ran in the Race for the Cure 5K today. A big crowd of about 30,000 were participating today, but only about 1000 competitive runners. Millie was down here as well, volunteering and coincidently was on the chip timer removal shift when we came in, so she cut off our timers. It was a cool morning but pretty good running conditions and I was very pleased to have had a PB for a 5K, and also cracking the 9.00 mins/mile barrier at 8.55!
