An additional few miles with club speedwork this evening, a good session with Tony, Mel, Amanda and Dennis. Really enjoyed some hard work for a change.

Just the normal 3.3 miler, except for the weather, it was great really warm in the sun, long may this continue. Maybe we will be able to run offroad by May !!!
