The day of the 5km. The conditions were crap. I was feeling crap with a cold and a sore throat. I ran hard and got a PB according to my garmin 22:17 but the official results showed 22:56 but if that is correct its still a coarse PB but anyway as the majority of my runs are timed by my garmin for the purpose of this challenge I'm claiming it as a PB
