Lovely morning & I wanted to do 5m but with visitors coming for lunch & house work to do plus the cooking, thought I had best make it my usual 2m minimum around Upton! Very pleaseant though.

Gorgeous sunny day & not too cold so went up to Cadbury Castle & did a 9m trail run along the ridges near Cordon Denham. VERY muddy, but so nice to get back onto the trails & off the tarmac. Shoes are a bit of a mess though!! :D
