Got in from work pretty late this evening so didnt really feel like the run. Only good thing was double glazing folk round the house so good excuse to escape for 20mins. Freezing cold & I wished I had taken my gloves. Head torch also playing up - not charging up. Need to get a grip & sort myself out. Usual boring old Knole Rd.
