Just minimum after Tough Ten yesterday. Felt surprisingly ok?  Think I need to push myself more in races. Next time :)

Below are some pics from the Tough Ten on Sunday. Around 1,000 people had entered with a lot of fast male runners! It was bitterly cold at the start and took a while to warm up but the 2 big hills made sure of that!
