Today's run was most definitely a rule #6 day.

The wind, the rain, the cold, WTF happened to the summer. Oh yeah, we had it at the weekend! As I have been told by a few people, some days you are going to have to tough it out, well that was today.
No more explanation is needed, bring on the GWR Towpath race tomorrow night.
