206/365 A run on the run 5K by Big Kev
The count down can now being, the end of the company year is in site and it been an amazing year and that doesn't even take into account the running. I had the opportunity to sneak in a run on the run today as I was between tasks around 4pm. The first mile was a breeze and no real pain to speak of and I even let a smile appear. Its all right though don't panic mile 2 and 3 resumed the normal service of the last 2 weeks and everything slowed immensely. I am going to focus on the positive though, over a third of the run today was great, just imagine what tomorrow might bring it could be two thirds with a smile!
It has to be an early run tomorrow as its a full on fun packed day (you will definitely want to read Saturdays blog).
Right time to get back to work and then chill out with the family. Lovely to see Deb and Keith tonight even if it was a bit impromptu (drinking water based). Remember there is always a bottle of water by the step for the overheated runners that pass on by!!!
