158/365 A run before a long drive by Big Kev
The day started very early with the opportunity to get a couple of hours work done before the phone starts ringing and the emails start flying. I was therefore able to also sort breakfast for the family and wish Tina and Jess a good day, as I would be travelling up to North Wales for the weekend that afternoon.
The start of the Welsh Castle Relay weekend was finally here! Therefore the run today was always going to be the minimum and I tried to kept my pace under control. The weather has been improving all week so it wasn't too difficult.
