176/365 A very early 5K! by Big Kev
So Monday's run was early, well Tuesday run was even earlier than that! With another fun packed day ahead of me (no irony), I needed to get out early. The Summer mornings make this a real pleasure and no real effort. The run was easy and not too quick as I have one eye on Saturday's relay race and I also need to keep the energy levels up for the week ahead.
Bring on the appointments and the evening as Tina and I have the pleasure of each others company with no interruptions. Lets hope I have got all the film details correct this time around!
