Well todays lunchtime run was more like it, sun in the sky, very little breeze and it was even very warm in places, what a contrast to yesterday evening !! lets hope this is the turn.

Todays runs consisted of a warm but windy lunchtime run with Tony, even the wind had a warm feeling to it and even though rain was in the air we stayed dry. However the evening club run was the exact opposite, it rained from start to finish and the wind was damn cold. Still it is sposed to be getting warmer.
