116/365 a very late lunchtime run! by Big Kev
Friday is starting to become the 'New Monday', as it seems we are now as busy, if not busier, at the end of the week as we are at the start. Therefore with all the good intentions of running at lunchtime organised around the breakfast table, it was (because of all this busyness) not until gone 5pm before lunch was considered and then the run finally started.
Still a dozen strides into it and I am heading into Leigh woods and onto the hills and trails, so any thought of work soon dissipates. A loop of Leigh Woods and 5K later and I am back at home, ready to shower and eat. A few nice surprises later and I am off shopping with Tina to but shoes (for me) and presents for the girls.
Looking forward to Park Run tomorrow.
