Nice evening so did around 5m around the lanes of Long Sutton. Pretty chilly in the shade & also pretty breezy but an enjoyable run never the less.

Cold run this morning around Upton loop again. Legs felt very heavy although I could blame this on last night indulgence of red wine!! Aiming for 15m tomorrow with Sue from running club - training for Edinburgh!
