105/365 Gloucester lunchtime 5K run by Big Kev
A busy Monday that involved, a visit to the Gloucester office, client meetings, interviews and then a dash back to Bristol for the evening Scuba diving class, lead to a lunchtime run. The office in Gloucester is just on the outskirts, so even the route around the perimeter of the housing estate is framed by open fields and views out towards the country side. All in all a nice easy run today.
The dash back to Bristol was a little fraught with traffic, however once the truck was loaded with kit we made it to the pool in plenty of time. A great result overall, as we were able to complete all of the confined water training for the 6 students I am teaching. That leaves us with one spare pool session for more practice before we depart for warmer shores.
