As I have not suffered from the post race blues I am now re training how I run and learning to run more barefoot style with the aid of vibram five fingers running shoes. I did 2 mins walk warm up then 2 mins run then 2 mins walk etc and it feels very natural to do so I think I may keep it up and try and get my 5-10k times down
