Nicky: Day 140/365 Loch Ard, Aberfoyle


Up and out for a 3miler with 3 colleagues today bright & early before the mornings meetings. Chest still tight & wheezy but what a lovely way to start the day & clear the red wine from my head from last nights festivities!!
