Another boring run at lunch time at work. Not much to say about it other than it was boring and I'm bored with it. Do you see how bored I am with the route lol
Now that the longer and warmer nights are coming, I can now seek out a couple of new routes that are about 5 miles (8km) long to vary my lunch time runs at work. I also need to do the same at home to try and find longer varied routes and get myself re-motivated and stop feeling sorry for myself.
